What is Luciq?

Luciq is a tool used by mobile app developers to help them track bugs and crashes, collect user feedback, and monitor the app's performance to ensure a smooth experience.

If you're using an app that has Luciq integrated, you can use the Luciq menu to report problems when something isn't working, ask questions, suggest improvements, or communicate directly with the developers through the SDK.

When you send an issue report with Luciq, it automatically includes lots of technical information, making it easier for the app's developers to identify and fix problems. This means that app creators often choose Luciq to help them deliver high-quality experiences.

How did I get Luciq?

Luciq isn't an app or program you install on your phone directly; it is a software development kit (SDK) used in some apps. If you've seen the Luciq menu pop up while using an app, it's because its developers have chosen to use Luciq to help them collect reports.

Depending on which method the app's developers have chosen, you can summon Luciq in several different ways. You might see Luciq by shaking your phone, swiping the screen in a particular direction, or finding it in the app's menu.

I don't want to see Luciq.

You shouldn't see the Luciq menu unless you perform the gesture chosen by the app's developers to call Luciq. If Luciq is interrupting your experience or isn't working as expected, the best thing to do is get in touch with the app's developers and let them know.

If you're a developer using Luciq and would like to talk with Luciq support, you can start a chat with our Technical Support team by hitting the Intercom chat bubble on the lower right-hand side of your dashboard. We'll be happy to assist you.
