Each plan has a different data retention policy that defines how many months of reports and chats you can view. If you exceed your retention policy, reports, chats, etc, will be removed from your dashboard.

Basic Plan
Bug Reports: 3 months
Crash occurrences: 1 month
Pro Plan
Bug Reports: 6 months
Crash occurrences: 3 months
Performance events: 1 month
Ultimate Plan
Bug Reports: 6 months
Crash occurrences: 3 months
Performance events: 1 month
Survey Responses: 6 months
App Reviews: 6 months
Replay-able Sessions: 1 month
If you're utilizing a customized Enterprise plan, you'll have customized retention periods for each product.
