If a ticket that was forwarded from Luciq to Zendesk is deleted from Zendesk, it won't be deleted from Luciq even if two-way sync is enabled. Two-way sync allows syncing the chat messages only.
When using Zendesk integration, if I delete a ticket in Zendesk, will it also delete the ticket in Luciq?
Deleting on Zendesk is separate to deleting on Luciq.
