Using the Luciq workflow automation rules, you can navigate to the rules page through the Sidebar, choose Alerts & Rules under Automation and Workflows, and create a new rule.
When creating a new rule, you choose whether it's for incoming bugs, crashes, or chats. Then you can set the criteria for the rules execution, in this case, when a new bug with a tag called "support" is reported.
Next, you can choose any action to occur when the condition is met. For this scenario, you can choose the action to have the report assigned to a particular team member.
