Is bug reporting only for beta testers?

Luciq is built for use with both beta testers and live users in mind.

When you create a new dashboard app, you can choose from multiple app environments, each with its own unique token, depending on its target audience (Beta testers, live users, etc.).

With that in mind, any user, beta tester or not, can report bugs and give feedback using Luciq.

There is no difference in functionality between live users and beta testers; there are only separate versions with different tokens.

We offer multiple types of environments on the dashboard for the same application, which are differentiated by app tokens.

  • Beta

  • Production

  • Staging

  • QA

  • Alpha

  • Development

You can have an environment for real-world users and another for testing to monitor crashes and bugs on each environment's dashboard separately.
